Yoga at Löyly
Lovely way to start the morning with yoga and sauna? Yes, please!
In collaboration with Löyly and Roots Helsinki, Sunday mornings will begin with yoga! NOTE: During the summer season (June to August), yoga sessions will be held on the upper terrace on Fridays from 9-10 am (subject to weather conditions). Fireplace room yoga will be on hold during the summer. The terrace yoga does not include private sauna use. The price for terrace yoga is 14 euros.
The morning yoga sessions take place in the cozy fireplace room at Löyly, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the mornings. The classes are held on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am and can be conveniently booked through the Roots Helsinki reservation system.
The price for Löyly Yoga is 33 euros for a single session, which should be paid in advance online during the reservation. The price includes a 60-minute yoga session and the use of a private sauna after the session. It also includes a towel, seat cover, shampoo, and shower gel.
