LÖYLY YOGA BY ROOTS HELSINKI

In collaboration with Löyly and Roots Helsinki,
we start our Sunday mornings with yoga!
These yogas are held up on Löyly’s beautiful lounge right next to the sea – enjoying your morning leisurely without any rush. Classes are arranged every Sunday morning at 09:00 am and you can book your spot through Roots Helsinki’s reservation system.
The class price is 33 euros, which we kindly ask you to pay online in advance. The price includes the yoga (60min) and the use of our private sauna. Also a towel, a seat cover, shampoo, and soap are included in the price.
Yogas are for all, therefore no previous experience is required – just a curious mind ♥ These practices are gentle, flowy and sweetly mellow. Classes are led in Finnish, but instructions in English are always available upon request.
