Yoga at Löyly
Lovely way to start the morning with yoga and sauna? Yes, please!
In collaboration with Löyly and Roots Helsinki, Sunday mornings will begin with yoga!
The morning yoga sessions take place in the cozy lounge area at Löyly saunas, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the mornings. The classes are held on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am and can be conveniently booked through the Roots Helsinki reservation system.
The price for Löyly Yoga is 37 euros for a single session, which should be paid in advance online during the reservation. The price includes a 60-minute yoga session and the use of a private sauna after the session. It also includes a towel, seat cover, shampoo, and shower gel.
NOTE! During summer 2026 (June to August), yoga sessions will be held on the restaurant's upper terrace on Fridays at 9:00 am (subject to weather conditions). Lounge area yoga will be on hold during the summer. Terrace yoga does not include the use of a private sauna. The price for terrace yoga is 16 euros.
